Volleyball Recap: Hand Takes a Loss

Hand was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Xavier Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on May 5th.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19, 25-14.

Hand's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Xavier, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10.

Hand does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Xavier, they will take on New Britain at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Hurricanes will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
