Curtis Scriven put forth a good effort for the losing side as he threw for 179 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 64 yards on only seven carries. Kavion Brown helped out on the ground, rushing for 80 yards.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Tarpon Springs' offense. They were outmatched by Cardinal Mooney and fell 48-0. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, the Spongers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
