Soccer Game Preview: Seattle Christian vs. Sultan

The Seattle Christian Warriors will face off against the Sultan Turks at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.

Sultan is facing Seattle Christian at the wrong time: Seattle Christian suffered their first home loss of the season on Saturday and they're likely out for redemption. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 6-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Seattle Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sultan). Their defense stepped up to hand Granite Falls a 9-0 shutout on Wednesday. Sultan haven't had any issues with Granite Falls recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Sultan back to even at 4-4. As for Seattle Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-3.
