Soccer Recap: Central Finishes Even with Clovis West

While Central's fans didn't get a definitive result on Friday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. They and the Clovis West Golden Eagles finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw.

With that draw, Central's record moves to 4-6-4. Meanwhile, Clovis West's record is now 7-3-2.

Central and Buchanan will meet on Tuesday for a tough Bear Battle. Central's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Clovis West, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clovis East at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
