Sage Stoecklein was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Those eight rebounds set a new season-high mark for he. Jackson Rumford was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven assists and five rebounds.
La Junta's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ethan Leyba, who scored 11 points, and Monze Alvidres who scored 11 points.
The victory for Scott keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for La Junta, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
