Baseball Recap: Dublin Coffman Comes Up Short

Dublin Coffman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 8-5 to the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars. Shamrocks fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Jaguars since on Monday.

Drew Walti made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Schimming, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Dublin Coffman's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Hilliard Bradley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-12.

Dublin Coffman has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Hayes on the 13th. As for Hilliard Bradley, they will welcome Hamilton Township at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
