Volleyball Recap: Isabella Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Verbena on Wednesday, Isabella came back down to earth. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights on Thursday. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

While Isabella ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-18.

Isabella's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Isabella is taking a road trip to square off against Maplesville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they will face off against Greene County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
