Baseball Preview: Kiowa Indians vs. Elbert Bulldogs

The Kiowa Indians will head out on the road to face off against the Elbert Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Kiowa fell victim to Front Range Christian and their airtight pitching crew last Friday. Their tough 20-0 loss to the Falcons might stick with them for a while.

Kiowa saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Myles Erker, who went 1-for-1 with a stolen base.

Meanwhile, Elbert didn't have quite enough to beat Evangel Christian Academy on Thursday and fell 3-2.
