Basketball Recap: Antonito Trojans vs. Moffat Cowboys
Antonito was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 54-32 to the Moffat Cowboys. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 56-35 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Despite the loss, Antonito saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Octavian Martinez posted 13 points. Those 13 points gave Martinez a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Mascarenes, who had six points.
Moffat found their leader in sophomore Preston Heater, who dropped a triple-double on 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 steals. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for Heater. Tulasi McBride was another key player, putting up nine points.
Antonito's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Moffat, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
