Soccer Game Recap: Pass Christian vs. Northeast Jones

With a playoff game on the line, the Pass Christian Pirates rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They never let the Tigers onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Pass Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.

Trey Roche was the driving force of Pass Christian's attack as he scored both of Pass Christian's goals. With that big game, he's now up to 22 goals this season.

Pass Christian's victory bumped their record up to 14-7-2. As for Northeast Jones, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-6-2.

Pass Christian will take on Sumrall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sumrall is coming into the contest with three straight wins on the road, meaning Pass Christian will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory. Northeast Jones does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
