Pine Creek has won six straight games at home, while Lewis-Palmer has won six straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Saturday. The Eagles will welcome the Rangers at 10:00 a.m. Pine Creek is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.
On Wednesday, Pine Creek earned a 6-3 victory over Rampart. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won six in a row.
Tristan Mullis spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on four hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Dane Dial, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and four RBI. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Aidyn Williams was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Lewis-Palmer posted their closest victory since April 1st on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over Air Academy.
Lewis-Palmer also let their pitcher toss all seven innings and he was also dialed-in: Alvin Jarrell gave up only one earned run on three hits and racked up 12 Ks. Jarrell has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Charlie Lendt was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two stolen bases. Another player making a difference was Eli Eberly, who earned one run and two stolen bases.
Lewis-Palmer has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Pine Creek, their win bumped their record up to 14-3.
Saturday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Pine Creek has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .511. However, it's not like Lewis-Palmer struggles in that department as they've averaged .450. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Pine Creek couldn't quite finish off Lewis-Palmer when the teams last played back in April of 2024 and fell 5-3. Will the Eagles have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
