The Bozeman Bucks will square off against the Freeport Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bozeman will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
The home team had won the previous four meetings between Bozeman and Mosley, and Mosley kept the tradition alive. The Bucks fell just short of the Dolphins by a score of 9-8 on Wednesday.

Addison John was cooking despite her team's loss, going 4-for-5 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Presley Thomason, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.
Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Freeport had no problem doing just that on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Crusaders a 4-0 shutout. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on five straight.
Not much got past Kaylee Carroll, who gave up just two hits and racked up nine Ks to keep Pensacola Catholic off the board.
On the hitting side, Corissa Duggar was excellent, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Kayla Stephens was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Freeport's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Bozeman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Bozeman has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Freeport struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Bozeman skirted past Freeport 6-5 when the teams last played on April 11th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bucks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
