Basketball Recap: Robertson County Takes a Loss

Robertson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Nicholas County Bluejackets, falling 72-30. While losing is never fun, the Black Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Bluejackets are ranked 95th).

Robertson County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Nicholas County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Robertson County will welcome Pendleton County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nicholas County, they will square off against Harrison County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
