The Valley View Tigers got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Vanguard Academy Rembrandt Spartans' one. The Spartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 0-0.

Vanguard Academy Rembrandt's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Valley View, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-5.
