Hunter Jacoby posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. He struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Naples is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 0-3 otherwise.
