            Softball Preview: Aragon Dons vs. Woodside Wildcats        
        
		
        
        
            Aragon has gone 8-2 against Woodside recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. The Dons will host the Wildcats  at 4:00  p.m. Aragon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4  runs per game  this season.
Aragon gave up the first  runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They came out on top against Burlingame by a score of  5-1. The  win continues a trend for the Dons in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.
 Makayla Hafoka looked comfortable as she  pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit.

 On the hitting side,  Taylor Workman was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  triples, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. She has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last five times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aliyah Adle, who  went 2-for-4 with two  RBI.
Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Woodside's offense. They lost  9-0 to San Mateo on Thursday. The  game marked the first time this year in which the Wildcats were not able to get on the board.
 Woodside saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Caroline Ong, who  went 1-for-2 with one  stolen base and one  double. That  stolen base marked the first that  Ong has  snagged this season.
 This is the second loss in a row for Woodside and  nudges their season record down to 11-7. As for Aragon, their victory bumped their record up to 8-12.
