Seward waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy Mustangs. The Bluejays have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

Kyle Riley and Bostyn Happ did most of the damage at the plate: Riley went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run, while Happ went 2-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that Happ has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Jesse Leibhart, who earned two runs and two stolen bases.

Seward's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

Coincidentally, Seward and Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy will both be playing Wayne the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will head out to face the Blue Devils at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bluejays will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
