Basketball Recap: Ridgewood Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Glens Falls

Ridgewood is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Glens Falls. The Ridgewood Maroons fell just short of the Glens Falls Black Bears by a score of 48-45. The loss put an end to the Maroons' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Ridgewood fell to 6-1. As for Glens Falls, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ridgewood will challenge Northern Highlands at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glens Falls, they will face off against Schuylerville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
