Basketball Recap: Western Christian Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

There's no place like home for Western Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 73-59 win over the Spirit Lake Indians on Tuesday. The Wolfpack haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Western Christian pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.4 points over those games. As for Spirit Lake, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Western Christian will square off against Sioux Falls Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Spirit Lake, they will host Emmetsburg at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. Emmetsburg has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
