Basketball Recap: Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Takes a Loss

Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial was the 60-35 winner over St. James when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights took a 70-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. James Saints on Monday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for St. James, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing St. Clair the next time they take the court. St. James will head out to face St. Clair at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
