After a string of eight wins, Seven Oaks Classical's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bloomfield Cardinals, falling 56-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Firehawks have suffered since December 14, 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Seven Oaks Classical lost, don't look at Macy Bush. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine rebounds. Bush is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Bloomfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lola Myers led the charge by going 8 for 20 en route to 19 points along with six boards and five steals. Those 19 points gave Myers a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Adalyn Figg, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Seven Oaks Classical's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-6. As for Bloomfield, their record now sits at 4-17.
