Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Second Baptist University-Model). They claimed a resounding 59-13 victory over The Covenant Preparatory School Knights. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Ella Lozano and Alena Hernandez certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Lozano posted eight points and four steals, while Hernandez scored no points and five boards. Those points marked the first that Lozano's scored this season.

Second Baptist University-Model pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.3 points over those games. As for The Covenant Preparatory School, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.
