Softball Recap: Henderson Warriors vs. Villa Maria Academy Hurricanes
Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 12-7 to the Villa Maria Academy Hurricanes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Henderson of the 8-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.
Avery Reitnour was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4.
Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Villa Maria Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
