After a string of five wins, Laurel's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 27-7 to the Neshannock Lancers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 39-22 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
