Baseball Game Preview: Trinity Pioneers vs. Nashua North Titans

The Trinity Pioneers will challenge the Nashua North Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Trinity is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Exeter, who was ranked second at the time (Trinity was ranked seventh). The Pioneers lost 11-5 to the Blue Hawks on Friday.

Meanwhile, Nashua North unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 6-3 to Salem.

Owen Forcier was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI. That stolen base marked the first that he has snagged this season. Austin Suchecki was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Trinity's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-2. As for Nashua North, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
