Basketball Recap: Jefferson Township Comes Up Short

Jefferson Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Oyler MAD Hatters, falling 84-13. The contest marked the Broncos' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Jefferson Township's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Oyler, their victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

Jefferson Township didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 85-31 defeat against Yellow Springs on the 5th. As for Oyler, they will challenge Gamble Montessori at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Oyler knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 17 contests -- so hopefully Gamble Montessori likes a good challenge.
