Baseball Recap: Mora Rangers/Rangerettes vs. Questa Wildcats        
        
		
            
 After flying high against Questa  on Tuesday, Mora came back down to earth. The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes fell just short of the Questa Wildcats by a score of  4-3 on Tuesday. Mora was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Questa apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played.
 Mora saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  James Cruz, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 On Questa's side,  Ricardo Leon Jr. spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three  runs (all of which were unearned)  on zero hits and racked up 13 Ks. Leon Jr. has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Aliyah Santistevan was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Mora has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record  this season. As for Questa, their victory bumped their record up to 5-13-1.
 Mora does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Questa, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Penasco at 3:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Questa is facing Penasco at the right time seeing as Penasco is stuck on  a  four-game losing streak.
