Preview: Roosevelt vs. Glenwood Springs
Roosevelt will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Glenwood Springs at 7:00 PM. Roosevelt are limping into the match on a four-game losing streak.
Roosevelt didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 39-43 to Holy Family last Friday. The defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of senior Nick Wall, who picked up 50 yards on the ground and caught passes for 93 yards, and senior Devynn Sanchez, who rushed for 143 yards and 1 touchdown. In fact, with nine tackles Sanchez was a force on both sides of the ball.
Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their game two weeks ago, Glenwood Springs were humbled. They took a 14-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rifle.
