Village Christian waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Oakwood Owls.

Leading Village Christian to victory were Izzy Aragon and Allexa Valencia. Aragon had ten digs and one assist, while Valencia had 11 assists.

Village Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Oakwood, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-8.
