Basketball Recap: Chief Sealth Comes Up Short

Chief Sealth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 63-35 loss at the hands of the Ballard Beavers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Seahawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-32 back in December of 2024.

Chief Sealth's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Ballard, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Chief Sealth will challenge Franklin at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ballard, they will square off against Rainier Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
