Basketball Recap: Glenwood Takes a Loss

Glenwood lost against Notre Dame two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Glenwood Tigers took a 51-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Notre Dame Titans. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Notre Dame got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaylyn Darden out in front who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards. Those ten rebounds gave Darden a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaysa Bryant, who posted 13 points.

Glenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Notre Dame, their record is now 12-8.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tigers duke it out with the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Notre Dame, they will take on Miller at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
