Football Recap: Cranston East Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After soaring to 35 points the game before, Cranston East was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They took a 21-6 bruising from the Ponaganset Chieftains. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderbolts of the 35-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Cranston East's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ponaganset, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cranston East will host Moses Brown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ponaganset, they will square off against Central Falls at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
