Perry had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Basha Bears with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 1st.

Perry walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-13, 25-22.

Taime Billings paced Perry's offense, picking up eight kills. Billings got some help from Tyler Mesias and his 25 assists. Dax Stones controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Perry pushed their record up to 26-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Basha, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-14.

Perry has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Shadow Ridge on the 18th. As for Basha, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Williams Field on the 21st.
