Basketball Recap: Lamoille Comes Up Short

Lamoille has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 68-62 heartbreaker at the hands of the Spaulding Crimson Tide. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Crimson Tide apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Lamoille's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Spaulding, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.

Lamoille will welcome Randolph at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Randolph has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Spaulding has already played their next matchup (against Oxbow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
