Softball Recap: Carter Comes Up Short

Carter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Aquinas Falcons, falling 13-1. The match marked the Lions' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Carter's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Aquinas, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

Carter has already played their next game, a 9-2 defeat against Yucaipa on the 1st. As for Aquinas, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-3 loss against Ganesha on the 1st.
