Monroe is a perfect 6-0 against Clinton-Massie since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Hornets will venture away from home to take on the Falcons at 1:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Monroe has five straight wins, Clinton-Massie has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Monroe will bounce into Saturday's game after beating Middletown, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Hornets really took it to the Middies for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-8 victory. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Clinton-Massie came up short against Washington last Tuesday and fell 52-41. That's two games in a row now that the Falcons have lost by exactly 11 points.

Monroe's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Clinton-Massie, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Everything went Monroe's way against Clinton-Massie in their previous matchup back in January, as Monroe made off with a 42-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
