Volleyball Recap: Benton Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Benton barely beat Lake Hamilton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wolves on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Benton never let Lake Hamilton on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 27-25, 25-14.

Rylynn Poor had a dynamite game, getting 17 digs and one assist. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six contests.

Benton's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Lake Hamilton, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7.

Coincidentally, Benton and Lake Hamilton will both be playing White Hall the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wolves will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
