After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westgate, Cecilia was happy to have turned things around on Sunday. They came out on top against the St. Martinville Tigers by a score of 27-19. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Cecilia's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for St. Martinville, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Cecilia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 26-23 win against Beau Chene on the 29th. As for St. Martinville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Franklin at 5:35 p.m. on January 8, 2026.
