Kash Cobb Delivers Electric Performance Vs Fruitland

Kash Cobb was instrumental in extending Weiser's winning streak to six on Friday. Cobb turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 221 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 89-yard run.

This year, Cobb has run in 14 touchdowns while averaging 136.5 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown.

Pecunia didn't just play on offense: he also made five total tackles and defended two passes.

Ethan Minegar Turns in Season-Best Performance

On Friday, Cole Valley Christian had to settle for second even though Ethan Minegar put up the best numbers he has all season. Minegar picked up 60 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made four total tackles.

Cole Valley Christian is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Minegar and Cole Valley Christian will take on Homedale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

While Fruitland might've come up empty on Friday, Coye Coffman wasn't going down without a fight. Weiser had no answer to Coffman as he picked up 76 receiving yards.
