Basketball Game Preview: West Covina Bulldogs vs. Charter Oak Chargers

West Covina is 2-8 against Charter Oak since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The West Covina Bulldogs will challenge the Charter Oak Chargers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Covina is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest defeat since November 25, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 58-37 to Rowland.

Meanwhile, Charter Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 51-47 heartbreaker at the hands of Covina.

Charter Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for West Covina, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-9.

Everything came up roses for West Covina against Charter Oak in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured an 86-38 win. Will West Covina repeat their success, or does Charter Oak have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
