There's no place like home for Tatum, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They skirted past the Spring Hill Panthers 3-2. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Tatum took Spring Hill into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 21-25, 25-27, 15-13.

Tatum's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Spring Hill, their loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Tatum will take on Hudson in a tournament on Friday. After both having extra time off, Spring Hill and Longview will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
