Softball Recap: Carver A&T Comes Up Short

Carver A&T lost against Perry Hall back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell 7-2 to the Gators.

Carver A&T saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lily Anderson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Haleigh Frye was another, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base.

Carver A&T has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Perry Hall, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-8.

As of now, neither Carver A&T nor the Gators have any future games scheduled.
