Volleyball Recap: Sand Rock Comes Up Short

Sand Rock lost against Glencoe on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Yellowjackets.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13.

Sand Rock's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Glencoe, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-14 record this season.

Sand Rock will challenge Cedar Bluff at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Glencoe, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Kate Duncan Smith DAR on the 11th.
