Basketball Recap: Belding Takes a Loss

Belding has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ionia Bulldogs. The Black Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in December of 2019.

Belding's defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Ionia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Belding nor Ionia have any future games scheduled.
