Volleyball Recap: Southmoore Comes Up Short

Southmoore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish. The SaberCats were not able to make up for their loss to the Fighting Irish from their previous meeting back in September of 2023.

Southmoore's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Bishop McGuinness, their victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-2.

Looking ahead, Southmoore will face off against Norman North at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bishop McGuinness, they will take on Edmond Santa Fe at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
