Recap: Amador Buffaloes vs. Argonaut Mustangs
The Amador Buffaloes''s four-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 23-22 victory over Argonaut. The victory was just what Amador needed coming off of a 55-6 defeat in their prior matchup.
Seth Mitchell and Ace Tisserand certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Mitchell rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown, while Tisserand rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown. Tisserand was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards. Jacob Hartman made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Amador now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Argonaut, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
Amador does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Argonaut also has no future games currently scheduled.
