The Centralia Panthers took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Axtell Eagles on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Centralia's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Axtell, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-1.
