Hickory came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the West Iredell Warriors with a sharp 9-0 victory. Considering Hickory have won ten matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting West Iredell from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. LOGAN MOUA led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Hickory's win bumped their record up to 16-3-3. As for West Iredell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-4 record this season.
