Baseball Recap: Pen Argyl Takes a Loss

Pen Argyl fell victim to Saucon Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 16-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Green Knights of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Pen Argyl's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Saucon Valley, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pen Argyl will take on rival Northwestern Lehigh at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Saucon Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Salisbury Township at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
