Basketball Recap: Round Rock's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Round Rock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Round Rock Westwood Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while the Warriors are ranked 38th).

Round Rock's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7. As for Round Rock Westwood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 23-0.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Stony Point the next time they take the court. Round Rock Westwood will head out to face Stony Point at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while Round Rock will host them at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
